Band You Should Know
I saw The Rosebuds open up for Spoon earlier in the year and liked them quite a bit. I finally got around to picking up their 2005 album Birds Make Good Neighbors recently and have been spinning it non-stop of late. I remember hearing the band’s first album and not being too impressed. The band has really come into their own here though. There is a darker vibe then the all out light fun of the band’s debut. The songwriting has certainly matured to great results. Certainly check The Rosebuds out if you dig great bands like The Pixies and Superchunk.
